Transactions on which he has recently worked:-

• Ginn Sur Mer mixed use resort and residential development situate at West End, Grand Bahama Island comprising a $4.9 billion dollar investment by the Ginn Development Company.
• New Hope Development situate in the City of Freeport inclusive of its new $500 million dollar expansion of the Grand Bahama Yacht Club inclusive of its related amenities and surrounding properties.
  
• Settling Trusts together with other offshore estate & tax planning structures and serving as Trustee, Co-Trustee and Protector to a number of wealthy families and individuals (both local and international).
• International and cross jurisdictional commercial transaction involving the sale of real property and related assets in excess of BP50 million pounds.
  

Mr. Dean has completed an LLB(Hons) degree at City University, London, Post Graduate Diploma from the Inns of Court School of Law and is a Member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.  Mr. Dean has been called to the Bar of England & Wales, Bar of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas and the Bar of the British Virgin Islands.  Additionally, Mr. Dean holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from the University of Windsor and a Bachelors Degree in Finance courtesy of the University of Western Ontario.
