Neville B. Wilchcombe II
Neville
B. Wilchcombe II joined the Firm as an Associate in 2005 and focuses his
practice on commercial real estate matters including the acquisition and
disposition of various types of real property, condominium development,
residential and commercial leasing transactions and financings secured by real
estate. He also has experience
representing property developers in connection with large housing and
subdivision developments.
Transactions
on which he has recently worked include:
- Representing
a Building Contractor/Developer in acquiring properties and obtaining financing
to develop a residential Subdivision and construct affordable housing units.
- Representing
a Developer in creating a commercially zoned subdivision and the subsequent
sales of the individual lots.
- Advising
a large time share resort in various licensing and regulatory issues and
representing them in labour disputes.
Following
his education at the University of Buckingham, where he obtained an LLB degree
with Honours, he underwent the Bar Vocational Course at BPP Law School in
England. He was subsequently called to the
Bar of England & Wales by the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn in July,
2002 and then later admitted to the Bahamas Bar in October 2002.
