The Nassau Office has specialized in incorporation and general banking services to these Companies and the Corporate Department is headed by Senior Partner, Caryl Lashley.  We provide nominee Members, Officers and Directors and obtain and hold Corporate Seals, Share Certificate Booklets, miscellaneous and other corporate documents such as, photocopies, faxes, etc. We also provide mailbox and bill paying services.

We also provide all services attendant to the opening of Bank Account (s).  The Signatory (ies) to the Account (s) is/are required to meet with the Bankers in person providing a Passport identification and a personal interview and references from your Bankers before the Bank Account is opened.   We will be pleased to arrange this interview for you.

Due to recent Legislation passed in The Bahamas we are now able to offer to our Non-Bahamian Clients the advantages of the above Companies at a moderate cost. These Companies have the following abilities/advantages:

• The Company has the ability to trade in any Country or Currency other than The Bahamas except that it can maintain Accounts and its Administrative Office here;
  
• There is no reporting to any Agency of the Company's ownership or activities. Therefore complete anonymity can be provided;
• The Company is guaranteed freedom from Taxation for twenty (20) years;
  
• Exchange Control Regulations do not apply to any transaction between Shareholders;
• Two (2) persons are required as Incorporators and Shares are transferable at will;
• Directors and Shareholders Meetings may be held by telephone or other means;
  
• The Company is empowered (inter alia) to issue registered shares bearing varied rights, options, warrants and securities.
• The Company may purchase, redeem or otherwise acquire its own shares;
• No annual reporting is required to the Registrar General thus the Company's records are available only to Shareholders.
