Caryl A. E. Lashley is the Senior Managing Partner of Dupuch & Turnquest & Co. in Nassau, Bahamas. 

She attended St. Anne’s Anglican School in Nassau, Bahamas, and various international institutions namely:  St. Elphin’s School, Darley Dale, Derbyshire, England where she obtained 6 O’ Levels and 3 A’ Levels; Villa Brillantmont, Lausanne, Switzerland, Diploma in French; University of Wales in Bangor; University College, Cardiff. Wales, LL.B.; Inns of Court, Lincoln’s Inn, CLE; City of London Polytechnic, Diploma in English Business Law; University of Windsor, Ontario, ADR Workshop, Certificate.

She commenced her Pupillage at the Chambers of Paul A. Baker, Lincoln’s Inn, London and has been employed with Dupuch & Turnquest since 1979.

As a civic-minded individual, she has held, and continues to hold, various positions with and membership on the organizations with which she associates herself. These include:
